Visions of Sugar Plums Dance In Our Heads as
the Obama Machine Prances and Forges Ahead

The news never stops is a lead in to a news network broadcast on a radio station or is it somebody describing the overly ambitious Obama machine in its quest to quickly transform our government with astounding speed and precision. While the machine is at work 24-7, there are bloggers, alternative media and dedicated patriots bringing the unreported news to the American people. This week some slow down to rejoice in the glory of our savior's birth as we worship, celebrate and spend warm, cozy times with family and friends.

With the Obama administration there is no down time, so to speak. As watchdogs, we cannot let our guards down. Can you believe that this is what we have come to in one short year? Many of us knew the consequences of this presidency. Now we understand the dimension of the consequences and the temerity it takes to defend our liberty.

With our heads turned to the tidings of the season, Obama, 9 days before Christmas (Dec. 16), amends an executive order. Why... with people's attention turned to other things it was the perfect time for Obama to alter a sentence in Executive Order 12425, giving added privileges, exemptions and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). An organization that otherwise enjoys limited privileges and immunities, extended to them by President Reagan in EO 12425, will now enjoy the two sets of privileges and immunities that were previously withheld in Sec 2c of the order. Obama removed the exemptions, making INTERPOL immune from search and seizure.

The implications are vast, considering INTERPOL has a headquarters in Washington and a separate INTERPOL agency has been created in the Department of Justice. Are you getting the picture? It's not a good one! Can info be conveniently transferred to an agency in the DOJ and due process undermined? What do you think?

Nudge, nudge folks… This seems a minor change but let us break it out for you as we see it. Let’s look at the section from Executive Order 12425.

Here’s the text of 2(c), which this Executive Order now has applying to Interpol:

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

This now says that Interpol is no longer subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Their premises or staff can no longer be searched either. Their files are not subject to legal subpoena or discovery. Our government could just hand documents and files over to Interpol and Americans would no longer have access to them. Interpol can legallyPost Options keep files now on all citizens of the US with no right to redress.

In reality, we have just handed over our sovereignty. Interpol headquarters in the US is currently headquartered in the Department of Justice. A ‘separate’ Interpol agency has been created in the DOJ – let that sink in for a moment. Interpol has been granted diplomatic immunity now by Obama – they have exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, US taxes and immunity from FOIA requests, etc. This action could also be used to divulge American military secrets and a whole host of horrific practices having to do with going after our military. It’s the road to internationalism on steroids.

This is serious stuff and it demands serious scrutiny by the American people, so you have your work cut out for you. Now you must educate yourself, educate others and ask for answers from the executive branch. Write local newspapers, call radio stations, make this a priority or accept the assaults on our system until submission is the only choice.

9/11 NEVER FORGET COALITION RALLY

We are civilian soldiers fighting the a battle of our lifetime, confronting an amorphous enemy, an enemy that is not defined on a battlefield or by uniform. We are fighting an enemy that is not perceived as such and, that, is its greatest advantage. It will continue to be its most effective weapon in this war, one that eludes the opponent, producing complacency and inaction.

This complacency takes many forms among our citizenry. As the foot soldiers in this battle we are aware of the lack of interest and of the lack of understanding about the insidious nature of this enemy. We work hard to educate our fellow citizens about the imminent danger of our situation. We reach many, but there are still those that prefer to ignore the signs and resort to denial. We must continue to educate and fight with the tremendous resources of citizen action groups (Tea Party Groups,Alternative Media Sites,Citizen Bloggers), Organizations like 9/11 Never Forget Coalition, Dick Army's FreedomWorks, Move America Forward PAC, Our Country Deserves Better PAC, Tea Party Patriots, Conservative Society for Action and many others
and we must continue to expose the deceit that poses as a legitimate administration in Washington. Are those words too strong....GOOD, they were meant to be.
We have to stop pussyfooting around and say what we mean and mean what we say !!!!!!

I have never seen so many heroic, courageous, passionate, and committed people in the last 9 months, as I have organized, attended, rallied and filmed the Tea Party events. These dedicated people are my inspiration, my fellow patriots. The people who are responsible for creating a new voice, a consequential voice, a voice responsible for postponing a monumental vote in July that would have activated the OBAMA TRANSFORMATION of America. God Bless these Patriots and the dedication they have shown in fighting the expansion of an Obama government and in preserving the sanctity of the individual and liberties of our Constitution.

I am proud to be a member of this Patriotic Band of Brothers and Sisters and have once again had the honor of joining them side by side to remember the fallen heroes of the 9/11 attack on our homeland. We must never forget the valiant acts of that day, and we must never forget that they took on a soldier's role with no forewarning that the enemy was at hand and a war was waged. In honor of their courageous acts we must see to it that the amorphous enemy be tried like every other war criminal. It was an attack and it was an act of war and those who planned and executed the attack must be treated and tried in a Military court, as provided by our system. This is what our country has done in the past and it is what it must do in the face of a most treacherous and shrewd enemy. They must be tried as enemy combatants, not criminals who perpetrated a crime. They must not receive the rights of an American being tried in a Civilian Court.

We must fight this travesty and all the other attempts designed to weaken America's resolve in the fight against foreign terrorism and terrorism being cultivated within our own borders. We must remain vigilant, true to our convictions and ready to fight for everything we believe in if we want to recognize our country in three years. Please take the time to voice your outrage about this decision, write your representatives and tell them to speak out on this issue. It is time for them to start acting like Americans and not some flunkies pressured by a derelict Attorney General and dishonest Congress.
