Where Did the Tea Party Go?

I've been away from writing for a while, not for lack of interest but lack of time.  I suppose my inspiration for writing about the issues of the day; American politics (Obama era antagonism),  World politics and Religious Liberty had its beginnings in the aftermath of Sept. 11, 2001 and grew with the election of Obama.  His anti-American rhetoric and the messaging that flowed from the WhiteHouse was meant to divide instead of unite. It was unprecedented in my lifetime to see a president HOSTILE to America.  As far as I'm concerned at times it bordered on treasonous.

My story of a passion to protect our American way of life, to renew an  interest in the Constitution and the men who created it and to inspire a deep appreciation for the sacrifices of those who died to insure our freedoms began in 2008.  Millions of Americans understood the danger our country faced during this time, knowing there was a need to get involved and stay involved.  It was a new battlefield,  one of ideas and one that couldn't be ignored. We defended our values by joining groups to express ourselves in great numbers.  These groups organized rallies locally and in Washington.  We hosted Town Hall meetings, so constituents could speak to their representatives in person.  Many groups, including my own,  hosted guest speakers to arm our members with the knowledge and tools to be effective in defending their principles.  The growth of the movement was indicative of the passion and determination of Americans across the country.  It was a battle cry that became known as the Tea Party movement.

I believe there would not have been a Trump victory or for that matter a Trump candidate if not for the Tea Party.  It was a dynamic movement whose popularity exploded because it promoted basic principles of limited government, free markets and individualism vs collectivism. Ultimately it understood the government was broken.  The government's leaders had abandoned basic principles for power, lifetime careers and lobbyist paybacks, ignoring the will of the people. The people renounced the elitist Washington insiders and looked for new and bold candidates with no ties to the establishment. Promising individuals were sought out and supported and with hard work, thousands of volunteers and long hours, many newcomers were elected to state and national positions. The fulfillment of  the Tea Party's primary goal was realized when the American people elected Donald Trump, an outsider to Washington, to lead the nation.

The Tea Party's goals are being realized all the time, from the Trump presidency and his reversal on Obama's policies to a lifting of pessimism and rancor that defined the fanatical Obama years. It is time the Tea Party receive recognition for rejecting Obama's ideology and advancing the timeless American principles that are being enacted once again as part of President Trump's agenda. Since no-one is talking about a very significant part of the new tax law, the repeal of the HHS Individual Mandate, I will. It is given hardly any coverage even in the alternative media.  It is just as important as the tax bill itself.  It returns sovereignty to the individual, preventing further destruction of freedom and lifts the burden of an unlawful tax. The ending of the mandate will probably unravel Obamacare, bringing an end to one of the most unpopular pieces of legislation that denied the will of the people and was unlawful.  Although it is not reported, you must know that this is a major win and a step towards ending Obamacare.

I have outlined the inspiration for a great movement, its goals and an incomplete account of its many accomplishments. My goal is to expand on this and provide a more in-depth account of the Tea Party movement, the people and my role in the Tea Party.  As a leader in the Religious Liberty movement I worked to inform and educate my parishioners about the violations of religious freedom inherent in the HHS Mandate in Obamacare.  I will continue to be the voice in the wilderness, defending everyones right to speak, defending all our rights, especially and foremost our 1st Amendment, which precedes all others and is the foundation of our Constitution, based on Natural Law derived from our Creator.

A federal judge ruled Friday that the Michigan farmers who were banned from selling their produce at a farmers market on public property because of their religious beliefs about marriage may resume selling their goods there as early as Sunday while their case proceeds.

I WAS NEARLY 4 and can recall vividly the feelings provoked by the sights, sounds and images of this bearded, military garbed, demonic being.  Today, I am in Florida, home of millions of Cubans who fled their homeland to escape tyranny over the last century.  And I rejoice and join the Cubans in celebrating the end of a vicious era defined by persecution and inhumanities dictated by Fidel Castro. It is a great day for the Cuban People!

Election Day  2016

It’s 4:00 on Election Day 2016.  The media, the pundits and the talking heads have played their same old song, but more people are sick and tired of their same old tune.  We have lived eight years with a pseudo presidency made possible by a fawning press, bolstered by that same media, Hollywood and liberal elites.  We have witnessed the worst abuses of our Constitutional Republic, we watched repeatedly, for the first time in our history, a president stand on world stages and smugly demean our country.  This imposter heightened the fiscal crisis by adding to the deficit, with the Recovery and Reinvestment Act(stimulus bills), Obamacare, open borders, stagnant unemployment,  restricted energy policies and business killing regulations.  Do you want the media to have control over our presidential election this time too?

Take back your vote, don’t let the media driven, hyped, biased and deceiving campaign influence your vote.  Don’t be fooled by the noise.  Let your decision be informed by what America needs at this moment in history. Its not another 4 more years of deceit, corruption and destruction of our blessed nation.  At this moment in history we need a candidate that expresses his love of our country, that recognizes the damage we’ve incurred and has outlined the priority issues he must address in the first 100 days to begin to recover from our descent.

And most importantly, as Catholics and in unity with our Christian brothers, if our hearts are in the right place, there would be no question who would win our vote. There’s only one candidate who believes in life and is not afraid or apologetic about saying he is pro-life. And he says it with conviction. Who will be your choice, today?

 In an article at"America, Conservative 2 Conservative" a comment appeared saying, "Refuse to accept the illegals."  (Rick Wells | April 15, 2016 at  URL: http://wp.me/p4yNKg-7pd )  Rick Wells reports on the latest move by liberals to open the doors to Religious refugees in ND.   As explained by Mr. Wells, a recent survey indicates that almost 60% of Fargo residents oppose "refugee" or terrorist intern relocation to their  communities, but that won't stop the invasion.  No, it's coming to communities around Fargo under the guise of a grant based on their supposed "welcoming attitude towards immigrants and 'new' Americans."  Mr Wells says, "the mechanism for this specific phase of the takeover is called, 'The Partnership for a New American Economy.'"  An innocent name for a deceitful operation with the purpose of diluting our culture and forever changing America as we know it.  

I'm a New Yorker, but  I'm an American first. I am heartsick to hear another story of how the liberal activists and this administration are destroying  our country.  My heart goes out to the people of Grand Forks, ND and all the cities and towns across America that are being used for yet another liberal experiment that can only bring harm to Americans.

You shouldn't be surprised to see the culprits at the top of the article.  Why do these political elites, nothing more than con men, choose middle America, the heartland, to bring their wrath? Is it because they see these people as less sophisticated, less informed, people they can take advantage of?  Do they see a vast landscape to populate with all sorts of new immigrants who harbor anti-American sentiments. Many of us see the writing on the wall.  Allowing refugees, along with Illegals in staggering amounts and refusing to wage a serious  campaign against ISIS is recipe for disaster. Add to that, the partnership of Christian Churches  and religious agencies across America that are assisting illegals and refugees in return for government funds. These accommodations are dangerous and present a growing threat to Americans' security.  I'm a Catholic and I have serious questions with what churches are doing to undermine America's freedom and sovereignty.  Religious  organizations are fortresses of hope and compassion to the needy and homeless, they are not an arm of the government or should they be used as such.
                                                                                                                                                              
It is America's security that must remain the focus, and it is its citizens that must remain vigilant, informed and prepared to make wise choices in selecting candidates who believe in America first.  Read the next post about a candidate who will make America STRONG again, then listen to his command of the facts on the economy, his analysis of the facts and the professionalism he brings to the table.
